Bols Genever Punch Party and Cocktails at Covet

Over the next three months, we’re going to be throwing a whole bunch of Bols Genever parties with our good friend and Bols goddess, Katie Darling. Tonight, we’ll be at Louis 649 drinking two complimentary punches (one recipe from Erick Castro and a bowl full of Holland Razorblades) from 6-8 p.m.

After Louis, we’re headed uptown for a few of Orson Salicetti’s signature Bols Genever cocktails at Covet. Take a look at the menu:

Cupid ($14)

Bols Genever infused with dill, pickle brine, peppercorn bitters, habanero bitters, powdered seaweed and Himalayan salt ring.

Goblin ($14)

Bols Genever special green punch, seasonal green ingredients and magic.

Yes, that’s right, Orson’s working with magic. But I bet you knew that already.
