What’s better than a pickle? How about a pickle made with Chartreuse?
That’s right. Lara Nixon and Todd Richman pickled everything they could find in a brine full of Chartreuse-y goodness.
Here’s their recipe:
750 ml Yellow chartreuse
100 ml Green Chartreuse
Bouquet garni of,1Tbl black peppercorn, 1 bunch thyme,
1 bunch dill
200 ml of white vinegar
1 cup sugar
